Two offices in one of Perth’s thriving suburbs, Burswood, are being offered for lease by Commercial Industrial Property Group (CIPG).

Unit 1 and 6, 6 Leigh Street, Burswood, are 82 sqm and 96 sqm in size respectively, and are being marketed by Commercial Industrial Property Group’s Chad Parham.

“The offices are in a great location for getting around in Perth, and the two properties have great facilities to accommodate any types of business,” he said.

“Included in the rent for both units are exclusive use of 5 car bays, private kitchenette facility and common use of amenities.”

Mr Parham said the asking rental of approximate $270 per sqm is inexpensive rent given the accessibility to Perth which is only five minutes away.

“Leigh Street sits only a stone’s throw from the CBD, minutes’ walk to Victoria Park and has Perth Railway Station and Burswood Station situated directly within the suburb,” he said.
